The company focuses on ensuring information security as part of its business continuity and risk management strategy.
SONIMÁLAGA is a family business from Malaga that began its journey in 1985 dedicated to the sale of consumer electronics products specializing in the Sony brand. Gradually it has been adapting to the changing market environment and is currently dedicated to audiovisual projects fully adapted to customer needs, complying at all times with current legislation, customer requirements and other applicable requirements.
SONIMALAGA seeks to be a strategic supplier for its clients, integrating departments and improving management processes through audiovisual and digital solutions. Since 1990, the company has grown through diversification and specialization.
The company complies with various legal regulations, including the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and the National Security Scheme (ENS), among others.
SONIMALAGA maintains a register of personal data processing activities, accessible only to authorized persons, and ensures that all information systems comply with the security levels required by current regulations.
All employees must be aware of and comply with this policy. The company provides ongoing information security training for all employees, especially those with responsibilities for ICT systems.
Third parties related to SONIMALAGA must sign confidentiality agreements and comply with this security policy. In case of non-compliance, a report from the Security Manager is required to assess and mitigate risks.
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure its adequacy and is communicated to all personnel. The review includes evaluation of the company’s objectives and goals.
